Ok here I go. I am 13 and this girl that I love is 16. I just want to know would it be weird if we went out or I asked her out?

I don't think it would be weird, I think three years apart should be the maximum though and AFTER that it gets weird.

The older two people get, age matters less within reason. My wife is four years older than I am. We've been married for 26 years. I never thought it was weird. Sometimes I jokingly brag about being younger.

At 13, you're too young to be dating. It's probably a crush anyway. Better to just be friends. The age difference at your ages .. Is pretty big so I have a feeling she might not be interested.

I know you won't believe this but at 13 (and 16 for that matter ) you are still a child. I have no doubt that you have feelings for this person. It's called hormones.

13? At least wait till you can drive. You see, she can already drive, but you're still in middle school. I don't find it weird, but 4 years is the limit when you're under 18. Just wait a little, then ask her out or tell her how you feel.
