Heck no!

Take it from this old lady, you're just getting started!

(Of course, we often feel like the best years have come and gone.  Then we see something beautiful and feel as young as the first day of spring.  Breathe in that moment.  A grateful positive outlook is the fountain of youth.)

My mom found her current boyfriend when she was 74 or 75....there's still hope.

Nope, firstly, old is only by heart, it's all about how you feel, if you feel old, you'll be old, secondly, forty is just another young chapter really! I don't know why some people consider 35-40-45 as that old! At forty you have more experience, more stable theory on life, generally more wisdom and opener eyes to make less mistakes even hormones open up to a new chapter after 40 specially females.

You have lots of more time ahead of you and you have to be calm and live your life happily, you're the one is still out there and in the right time be sure you'll catch up.

Never is too late, never is too old.
