If you're a minor, you ask your parents this. We have no idea if they are OK with it .. Or what kind of camp it is.
Absolutely yes.
I had been to a Summer camp once, but I didn't like it, as it rained several days non stop, then the camp was full of water, we had no choice, and had moved to the hotel, luckily, there was not the storm. Anyway, it gave me an experience, and since then, I never go to a Summer camp again.
That depends on several things, what sort of summer camp is it, how old are you and do you want to go?
