In some cases I would have to say yes. But we also have to consider others factors like our environment and the pressures from society. I know I look forward to a time that is mentioned at Isaiah 33:24: "No resident will say, I'm sick." This will include physical as well as mental illness. I myself look forward to the time when I am in perfect mental and physical health.
