If this guy is interested in you, he will approach you. If not, he won't. Simple. You have choices yourself. Just because you're "crushing" on someone doesn't mean they are "crushing" on you.
Find someone you're interested in that doesn't have a girlfriend and go and talk to them - find out what kind of person they are. Having friends is great. Having things in common with friends is also great. If it evolves into something else - wonderful. You will eventually click with someone.
