You need a passport to leave the country and enter another one, some countries require a visa for entry so it's not something you could do at 16 years old. Also if you run away at 16 years old your parents could file a missing persons report with the police and you'd be brought home.
Why do you want to leave the country?
You don't say it but it sounds like you are having a problem that you want some relief. Without knowing the problem have you considered any other options. A a 16 year old, running away sounds like you may be trading one problem for another.. The old timers use to say "jumping out of the frying pan into the fire"
You probably could try but you most likely wouldn't succeed.
You're 16 years old and bored. The solution is not run away but to face the problem, otherwise, this will be your pattern. There are a myriad of things that you could be involved with - just ask anyone around you that you feel that is successful. You will be surprised at their answers.
Get involved - reach out and help someone - do volunteer work - get a part time job - tutor kids at school - build a tree house - make rag rugs and sell them - create YouTube videos. The list is endless.
