I think everyone feels like this from time to time. The trick is to not freak yourself out over it. Take it day by day. Learn something new everyday about yourself. And finally, don't take life so seriously. Play Frisbee in the park - roll around in the grass - jump in a leaf pile just because you can.

totally agree. Just the change of title to adult is just... So... Strange... i mean being called an adult in the first place.
