What is something of value to you that upon its accidental breaking made you sad? I broke my favorite dragonfly vase last night, and I'm pretty bummed. It was a gift from my mother in law.

I had this Basset Hound ceramic planter that was my favorite! Darn gardeners hit it with a weed eater or rock and broke it ! I fired them over it and have never been able to find one to replace it! Bummer !

I was about 12 feet up a ladder and was prying off an old facia board. The hammer slipped off and hit me square between the eyes. I broke my glasses AND my nose. Luckily I had another pair of glasses in my truck but my nose looked like a pretzel. Drove to the ER and had my nose straightened out. Both eyes turned black and blue and I looked like a bearded raccoon. That was my favorite nose too!!

Original nose is always the best! Sorry Hippy. Glad nothing more serious happened!

My business partner just about fell off his ladder, he was laughing so hard. It was the middle of winter with a lot of blood stained snow on the ground. I can easily laugh at it now.

As I have gotten older, the less stuff matters to me.  There are things I would like my kids to have, but if they took it all away, I would be happy about it.  I'm having a yard sale soon and I'm so relieved.  I'm the opposite of a hoarder - stuff makes me nervous.
