She's only a baby so I don't think it's a big deal, but rules are rules
Two 16 month old babies,a boy and a girl, playing at a public pool, both wearing only swim diapers.The lifeguard asks the parents of only the baby girl to put a swim shirt on her. Do you think the baby girl should have to wear a swim shirt? Why or why not?
That's dumb.
It's completely ridiculous and unnecessary, she's just a baby, she had nothing to hide, but I guess that's the stupidity we come across these days
