You should start to feel better after a couple of days on the antibiotics. If it has been longer than that, you need to contact your Doctor, as something else may be going on or perhaps you need a different antibiotic.

Yeah, sounds like your antibiotics are not working. If your doctor hasn't made you pee in a cup and sent your urine off to test it, he needs to. A urine culture normally takes 3 days to grow....so they can see what kind of bacteria is growing and what type of antibiotic will be effective to kill it......you need to call your doctor.
