I am homeless, jobless, no money. M.a. in public service & B.A. in visual art. Unemployed 19 months. No friends/family to turn to. I don't know what I'm supposed to do going forward. I need advice on how to move forward?

I would try to find a job--any job even if you are overqualified for it (a job is better than no job).  Try to polish up your resume and see if your alumni association where you graduated from has any employment services to help you find a job.

Look in related fields as many times people don't always get a job in their field of study.
