Sounds like the guy doesn't want hang out with you but don't take it as rejection it could be lot of things... He's busy, got a job, got to go by family's rules .
Ive asked this guy i like to hang out with me and he said yes but it never happened because his phone was broken so we couldnt text to figure it out and we tried calling but we were both busy when one of us called, but he told a lot of people that i asked him. So what does that mean and should i try asking him to hang out again?
