The concept of 'love at first sight' is something that is championed by those who have felt it and often downplayed by those who haven't. I personally do believe in love at first sight.
The concept can sometimes be misconstrued as a shallow level of lust, for example, falling for a person's appearance on first sight.
If this was the case, however, then we would fall in 'love' with every good looking person we came across! So, this leads us to believe that it has to be something deeper than that.
In my personal opinion, 'love at first sight' is based on an energy. It is somewhat inexplicable. It's the 'je ne sais quo'. Something about that person's energy is so compelling to you and vice versa, and you are almost magnetically drawn to each other to the point that you physically can not resist the feeling.
There is no basis for the feeling, it isn't looks, money or style, it's something that we can't put our finger on, but when it happens it happens, and you will certainly know it has happened.
