What's your opinion on a woman proposing to a man?

I do not see anything wrong with it.  Why should men always have to take all these risky moves in a relationship?  Besides, in female female relationships someone will have to do the proposing...

I am assuming your relationship is a heterosexual one, however, disregard this if this is not correct.  How would your boyfriend feel about this?  If he would not be comfortable with it, then perhaps it is not the way you should go. 

A woman proposing to a man isn't common but it shouldn't be looked down upon. I honestly don't see anything wrong with it and I think a woman should be able to propose if she wanted to without judgement. But in a study done in a university in California (forgot which one), when asked how the would feel about a woman proposing to a guy in their own personal life, none of the male participants wanted a girl to propose to them and only about a fourth of the female participants said they would be fine with proposing. This just shows that although there is nothing blatantly wrong with a woman proposing to a man, most people don't prefer it.

So before a woman tries to propose to their man, I would probably somehow try to find out how the man feels about a woman proposing instead of a man just to be safe. Although then again, if the man gets all angry just because the woman proposed without knowing about his opinion first, then that just proves how closed-minded the man is and that she is probably better off without him since she is obviously more open-minded. I don't know, that's just my opinion.
