Most people don't become gay, they are just born that way.

People cannot become gay during their life, it is something someone is born with. But gay people should be treated like any one. They are people like anyone, sometimes they are more sensible, and lovely people. I would like to have gay people as a friends just to share ideas.

Homosexuality is not like a disease. You don't "get it" or "become" by accident. They just happen to be attracted or in love with someone, like any other person.

There is a lot of talk around the reason why people might have a different sexual orientation. According to the American Psychological Association, sexual orientation is an attraction that can be emotional, romantic, affectional or sexual toward another person. This attraction can vary for both genders (in the sense that people do not have to be exclusively homosexual or heterosexual) but can feel different degrees of attraction for both genders. This develops across a person's lifetime and might vary too, in frequency, kind, and intensity.

Science has not been able to find out if genetics has something to do with this. Some argue that being homosexual is a choice, others think it's not. Either way, I don't think that it's a thing one can rationally control. Have you ever been able to control your affection or attraction towards somebody else? I guess it's something that just happens and flows inside you. Maybe scientists will find a better scientific explanations but at the moment it doesn't seem like there's any.

It is just a different orientation that doesn't (and shouldn't) affect anyone else's life in a dramatic way.

Hope this helps!

You don't "become gay" you are born gay. It's not a problem because love is love. :3
