I know that confessing your love for the person you like can be hard: Opening up and being vulnerable is part of the process, but it's worth taking the risk!
You could simply ask her out and take her for a walk or do something you know she likes doing, or a place she likes going to. You could take her hand and start talking about you two and the way you feel about her. Tell her what you like most about her and why you love her. Don't overwhelm her though - sometimes people need time and might react differently. Don't just pour out all your feelings on her without firstly seeing how she is doing. Be true to yourself but also be receptive to the other person needs and feelings.
