Well, do you like both boys and girls in a sexual manner? If so, by definition you're bi-sexual.

Have you tried to have relationships with both genders ? If so what was your experience? You'll have to know that if you had sex with the same gender one or two times it is not enough to consider you are bisexual.

Bisexual simply means that you are attracted to both males and females in a sexual manner. This does not mean you are bisexual simply to preform for or to please men. It also does not mean that you like both genders equally or even in quite the same way. It is also not a "phase". To be bisexual does not mean you have had to have sex with both genders--its something you just know because it is part of you and how you experience your life.
Whether or not you identify as "bisexual" or not is up to you and what label you feel best describes your experiences. Or you could say, I don't need a label. They are only there to describe you and your experience.
