Leave now. Better broke and safe then taking his "help" and letting yourself get hurt. Go to an emergency shelter get unemployment or welfare and foodstamps get help from the counselors and social workers at the shelter to get your own place and get a job. Be grown and realize if you dont leave itll escalate and god forbid you end up in a ditch. Get help so you can depend on yourself and then find yourself a nice man whos educated and well raised
