I think the biggest confidence killer comes from worrying about what other people think.

Trust your instincts and be yourself, and be proud of who your are. Some people will like you and some won't, it's important not to let yourself be shaped by how you think others perceive you, and while you are pausing to think about how you should respond you will look unconfident, and as you are trying to do an impossible task of controlling the rest of the world, you will fail and feel unconfident.

It's hard to not be pressured by others, but if you keep telling yourself to stop caring about what other people think about you, eventually it will become natural.

Some advice I would give to someone looking to become more confident is to just keep your head held high, smile often, be honest and all around be a good person. You have this one precious life to live - live it to the fullest. You do not want to have regrets later in life because other people's opinions of you interrupted your happiness. So don't be afraid to make mistakes and if people say negative things about you act like you don't care. People are more attracted to confident people!! Just be yourself! :)

Ser small goals everyday to accomplish and once you start getting them done , set your goals higher and take one day at a time  and eventually youll gain the confidence in yourself to do just about anything.  So set small realistic goals at first and work your way up. Good luck

If you want to be more confident visualize how confident you are going to be. Imagine ... How confident you will walk, how confident you will talk and sound when talking to people, how confident you will look (dress smartly). Imagine to be the person you always wanted to be, fake it until you make it..... Watch out for mistakes of others and realise how good you really are. Become an expert in what you are good (or aspire to be good at) and learn as much as possible. The more you know, the more confident you will automatically become! All the best!
