Sometimes weeping is a release to frustration. They are frustrated and do not know how to handle the situation, instead of getting angry, the release to the uncertainty is weeping. Does not take away the frustration toward the situation, but it does make them less apt to go totally ballistic on the person who is frustrating them, unless they keep pushing, then they weep and become angry through the tears.

Girls tend to show their emotions more than boys do .  But they don't always weep when they are upset, sometimes they show anger .
