I wouldn't call it normal but it isn't uncommon. As long as it isn't having negative effects on your social or personal life you don't have a problem. If it does create negative environments for you then try to figure out where these feelings are coming from. Ask yourself if it is fear, anxiety, depression, etc... And then figure out exactly what causes these feelings. Once you have a firm understanding of all the facts you can move forward developing coping skills to help you control it.
