Can a 17 year old boy date a 13 year old girl? If he says he will wait for her till he is 22 and she is 18?

He can but the problem comes when he turns 18 and she is still a minor which is a very dangerous spot for him in that just about anything can happen whether by her or even her parents can file charges against him for any reason. Once youre both 18 and adults, then it doesnt matter anymore
