That is a line from The Dave Chappelle show. He did a skit where he worked for a ripoff of McDonalds.

A thin line would indicate there is very little difference between two things at a particular time.

Fries would be male fun stick.

Shakes would be the butt.

So, you saying is making reference to the fun stick and the butt being so closely related at some point to have little difference or the fun stick is in the butt.

In other words someone said some rediculus junk that sounded cool and full of slang that really doesn't make a bit of sense. You have every justification to call this person an idiot. Then to feel better about yourself, slap them or just slap them for me.
