Why Are Brothers So Mean?

When your brother hits you just look at him and don't cry or he will know it hurts you so when he hits you just look at him and walk away from hm it helps I have a brother just like yours.   Your friend trust me

How old is your older brother?  I have 2 older brothers.  They're always mean to me, too.  I try to stand up for myself, and then I get in trouble.  My Mom doesn't care as much when they're mean to me.  She only starts to care when I stand up for myself or when I start to cry.  I don't want to have to go through this anymore!

All siblings can be mean you are not on your own. You should firstly tell your brother you don't want him to keep hitting you as it is not nice then if he doesn't stop you should be telling your parents. They should be reprimanding him for this. You are not a punch bag and no one needs to be treated like that. Hope this helps you

Tell your parents that when he hits you it's hurting you, not just physically but emotionally.  Sometimes what siblings (especially brothers) think of as just roughhousing is a lot more rough than us sisters/brothers can take and they need to be set definite boundaries.

 Tell him that you know he adores you but to stop trying to find excuses to get your attention.  Nothing bugs a brother more and gets them to leave you a lone like reverse psychology! 

My brother was same way, but then when one of his friends did same thing, he went nuts and protected me.  Brothers act silly sometimes, but it is usually because they want attention or are bored and expect entertainment from you.  But often they do care, they just have a wierd way of showing it.

Big brothers attend to pick on little sisters because they think they are all tough and so and so they can beat them up and pick on them another thing why is because he wants to show off in front of his friends so next time if he does that to maybe you or someone else just tell him that you are just piking on me because he is acting tough and he wants to show off in front of you tell your older brother and his friends that. They won't know what to say back.

He is probably looking for attention and this in his mind is the way to get it.

I have the same problem, but I don't know if he does it just to bug me or not. Ok... So maybe I start the fights SOME TIMES but mostly because hes bugging me, or he wouldn't shut up! Like right now he wouldn't shut up!!!!! And makes my brother so mean is that he calls me fat and dumb! And I can't call him fat cause hes like a tooth pick!  Then I don't know what to do. He also taught my lil brother to call me fat and dumb. :( but I love my brother!!! And I want my brother to love me to!!!

Stick up and tell your mom that he's being mean to you thats always what I do and it works! There mean because they think there better than you and think there going to hurt your feelings!

Because come on you have to admit they are annoying!! They think theyre all tough and think theyre grown up(little kids think the most dumbest things:)and they are little tattletales!! But it should stop when your older.my little sister just farted in my head and I just took a shower and I didnt kill her.and if that isn't nice  I don't know what us:) please comment and rate.

Well I hav a brother he is 5 I'm 9 and hits me and punches me he hit me in the back 2day !
But if your brother hits you HIT HIM BACK it is not fair you got the right to hit him back. I love my brother but he is to mean and they need to know that!

Because they been around each other to lonq and ran out of thinqs to do so they just b mean to each other most of the time and play
fiqht and the only time they really ack like brothers is if they are doinq somethinq they know they not suppose to b doinq I think.....lol ;-)

I have to older bothers and I just pretend they hurt me and cry then tell on them its the easiest way.

They are always mean like mine I have a little stick he said let me look then he wouldnt give it back so he told me to use force

Because little brothers are BRATS (Brothers, Retards, Annoyances, Tricksters, Stupid). And they are misbehaved children (the real definition of brat). I have a little brother, too, so I know how you feel. I REALLY DO NOT LIKE MY LITTLE BROTHER!!!!!

I think brothers are mean because you let them get under your skin. Also they mit want to get you to play a game with you.

He only loves you but he wants stuff and has a PD which means sick not sick to go to school and I have the same problem too and he will not stop playing on my video games he can not say it right you should say I love you a bunch of times. Oh and anyone here likes pokemon?

You know what the next time he does that tell him thats his suppose to take care of you and help you with your problems or if that doesnt  work ask him y he hit you
