All you need to do is talk to him and tell him what ever you feel for him. If that is not possible, try making him your friend first so that it gets easy communicating in the long run. You can even sms him or write to him on a paper or in an email if you have the access to email address or cell number.

Whenever you see them, you'd get butterflies... Every time their name is mentioned you notice...ect. Its a strange, beautiful feeling, you shud know wen you feel it or not! And some times it can be hard to admit that you love someone because can be such a foreign feeling, but you will know in your heart if you love them or not.

If you and this boy are just friends, and you don't already have his phone number or anything, you might want to start with that. I highly recommend NOT telling him that you love him. That will most likely scare him away. You don't tell someone you love them unless you are in a relationship, and really do love them. But you could talk to him in class and ask him for his phone number and/or email address. That way you two can chat with each other, and get to know each other. Then, maybe he will ask you out!
