How Big Should A 14 Year Olds Penis Be?

This is a question that does not have a real and definitive answer. This is because everybody is different and there is not an accurate answer.
This question is also especially hard because you would like to know what the answer is for a 14 year old. There are even more factors that mean that this is a question that doesn't have a true answer when you are going through puberty.
The reason for this is that boys will be going through puberty at the ages of 14 and the penis could be much larger or much smaller than average. The reason for this is that at the age of 14, boys will be developing and this happens to some at an earlier age than it does to others. Puberty in boys can happen at any age between 12 and 17 being between those ages, it is hard to put an accurate guess to this.
Once puberty is over, men will have an erect penis that will be approximately between 4 and 8 inches, some larger and some will be smaller. Flaccid, a penis can be anything from 2 inches to 5 inches. Size really does vary and there is no size that is 'normal'. If this is something that is worrying you or someone that you know, why not be open about it and ask others what they think.

Depends on your stage in puberty. Just starting may be small, 4 in hard. Started puberty at 12, maybe 5-6 in hard. Here's some other info.

Body size has a lot to do with "how big" it looks. If you have a short abdomen, and short legs, it will look huge. If you have a long abdomen, and long thin legs and hips, it will look shorter because of the shapes and lengths around it. Make sense?

Well I'm 13 and my penis is 3.5 flaccid and 5.3 erect so between 3.5 flaccid and 5.6 erect is reasonable

I'm almost 15 and I'm just starting pueburty...my penis has sprouted fully yet but as of right now I am about 2.5 to 3 inches soft and about 5.4   to 5.7 hard...I hope this helps...I'm not concerned.

At 14 you should be 5 to 6.5 in fully erect and 3.5 to 4.5 inches in erect

These days it is little known that  the size in unaroused state is not a good indicationof the size at erection.  I am older and recall that decades ago boys had the freedom to relax with  each other and look at each other's genitals without it being everybody's business. That fact many men find it convenient to forget today, but in most of the world it still is true.  We slept together, as men did too, without it meaning sex.  In groups boys even showed themselves in both erect state and flaccid.  We could piss in the same toilet, and this was normal.  We did not have to seek permission of mothers' approval,etc.  Our squeamishness is a recent cultural trait, not an indication of some universal saw. Dad was a presence that was protective in this particular psychological sense.  In shower rooms men and boys were considered normal to be naked with each other.....In a decent world you would have this normal assurance.
