I wanted to know the same thing but the answer above me is no help I tried for like I don't know 5 minutes and my heart started to slow and I cold barely breath so I'm guessing maybe 8 minutes or around their.

I have ben working on suffocating my self I just slow my breath and thin I start to die but I am not able to get my heart to stop I go throw all of the steps for death by brain stats to heart and my chest and heart is herting but dos not stop I p my self but I am still here so I don't know how long
