I Babysit This Kid Sometimes And He Gets A Erection At Times And He`s Only Around Three! Is That Normal Or Is That A Sign Of Molestion?

As a parent of 2 boys (and a girl), yes, this is normal. Both my kids would get erections from time to time and you know, trying to change a diaper when one had an erection and it being cold, when the cold air hit, pee was everywhere. What a mess but now, looking back, it is very funny.
