I have to say from recent experience that the idea that the person who tells you "they miss you" is probably in need of a quick fix might just be correct. I've had a man that I really started to have feeling for tell me that several times but guess what. He has not followed through with trying to see me although there are things that complicate him seeing me but I beleive that even if there were no complications it would be the same.
You he likes you very much..I used to miss my best friend who is committed with a guy..I used to tell her "I miss you"..When he had a break-up because of that guy she also missed me..Finally we smooched each other on my bday and it was a great one
